WAITLIST POLICY and REGISTRATION PRIORITY
  • Teams are created on a first come, first serve basis. The ONLY way to ensure your player is put on a team is to register early or to sign up to coach.
  • TeamSnap does not allow for a traditional waitlist during registration. Because of this limitation we keep registration open with no limits. Registering DOES NOT automatically mean your athlete will be placed on a team. If we do not have enough players to make full teams, priority will be given based on our guidelines below.
  • Priority for registration is based on date/time you register your player. The ONLY priority is for coaches’ and board members’ children. Please understand that this means we may have to “bump” a player if we don’t have a coach and someone lower on the list steps up to coach. The “bumped” player will be based on the timestamp of registration. If you are interested in becoming a coach or board member, please reach out directly.
  • Without volunteers our club doesn’t exist. With that in mind, NO team will move forward without a coach. If we are unable to find a coach for a team, that team may be cancelled for the season.
  • If we field more than 1 team at an age group, we will determine if evaluations are necessary or if we will be able to create the teams based on our knowledge of player experience. Evaluations are NOT for cuts, rather for proper placement based on skill and experience. Team rostering will be complete by start of practices in mid January.
  • Please understand that although registration is open until December, we do have limited spots and registering early is encouraged to ensure you secure a spot for your athlete. We will do our absolute BEST to accommodate all players, but knowing the number of teams early helps us to secure coaches and game schedules for each team.
  • If your player does not get rostered to a team due to not enough players, we will refund your registration and uniform fees.
